What kinds of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a range of services including standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, decluttering, move-in/move-out cleaning, and support for individuals navigating life transitions, big and small. We specialize in compassionate, non-judgmental cleaning — including working with neurodivergent clients, queer and trans folks, new parents, and people experiencing burnout, grief, or overwhelm and anyone who simply wants a clean home.
Do I need to clean before you arrive?
If you can before we arrive, that's great, and also great if you don't. We meet you where you are. There’s no need to tidy up — we’re here to support you, not to judge. We understand that asking for help is a big step, and we’re honored to be part of that process.
Are your services confidential?
Yes! Your privacy is deeply important to us. We keep all client information, conversations, and situations confidential. You can trust that your story stays with us.
How do you support neurodivergent clients?
We tailor our approach to your sensory needs, energy levels, executive functioning, and communication preferences. We can clean while you’re home or away, work side-by-side or independently, and we’re always happy to break things down into manageable steps. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free and affirming as possible.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have preferences (e.g. scent-free, eco-friendly, or specific products due to allergies or sensory sensitivities), just let us know — we will do our best to accommodate.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of cleaning you need, and the level of support you’re looking for. We offer free, no-pressure quotes — and we’re happy to schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet in your home to better understand your needs. We do our best to keep our services accessible, transparent, and fairly priced for all.
How do I book a cleaning?
You can request a booking through our website, by phone, or by email. We’ll ask a few questions to get a sense of your needs and find a time that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If something urgent comes up, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to work with you.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Whenever possible, yes. We know that consistency builds comfort and trust. If a substitution is ever necessary, we’ll communicate with you ahead of time.
What if I have pets?
We love your furry (or feathered, or scaly!) family members. Our team is happy to work in homes with pets, and we’ll always do our best to make sure they feel safe and respected. If your pet is nervous around new people or cleaning equipment, just let us know — we’re happy to coordinate a plan that keeps everyone comfortable. We also use pet-safe cleaning products whenever possible and can adjust for sensitivities.
